We make our pasta fresh every morning by hand using only the best ingredients. ORECCHIETTE – small ear shaped pasta made from Semolina flour and water. CAVATELLI – small shell shaped pasta made from Semolina flour and water. LONG PASTA – our long pastas are made with 00 grade flour and free-range eggs. Our special “GRAZIE” sugo is freshly made every day by our chefs using San Marzano DOP tomatoes, fresh vegetables, basil and lots of love. GF OPTIONS AVAILABLE ON REQUEST.
