We make our pasta fresh every morning by hand using only the best ingredients. ORECCHIETTE – small ear shaped pasta made from Semolina flour and water. CAVATELLI – small shell shaped pasta made from Semolina flour and water. LONG PASTA – our long pastas are made with 00 grade flour and free-range eggs. Our special “GRAZIE” sugo is freshly made every day by our chefs using San Marzano DOP tomatoes, fresh vegetables, basil and lots of love.
